Information Finder handles

Finder stores your account details, job preferences, verified profile facts, resumes, generated application materials, saved jobs, application history, and support information you provide.

For assisted applications, the Finder Companion fills forms in the browser on your own computer. Finder’s servers receive only the outcome (which fields were filled and which need you), never the page contents or your browser cookies.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, match jobs, prepare materials from facts you approved, assist with forms, maintain your applications, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and operate Finder.

Service providers

Finder uses Clerk for authentication, Convex for backend data and files, Polar as Merchant of Record for payments, ZenRows for public job collection, PostHog for product analytics, and Vercel for hosting, traffic analytics, and performance monitoring.

Finder sends PostHog pageviews and selected product events tied to your Clerk user ID. Input autocapture and session recording are disabled so resumes, profile fields, and application answers are not recorded.

Retention and control

You can export your profile, application records, generated materials, and original documents from Profile. Deleting your account removes Finder data, revokes the active Polar subscription, and deletes the Clerk identity.

Security and contact

Finder restricts private records by authenticated ownership and keeps provider credentials on the backend. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
